Carissimi signori dell’assistenza Aruba, al di là di tutto mi, spiegate perchè mandate questi messaggi se poi all’aggiornamento del fantomatico ticket non ne mandate notifica? E soprattutto … Perchè chiudete questi ultimi senza accertarvi che il problema sia stato risolto? E ancora, posso capire di non essere un utente medio, e che questo crea problemi agli “schemi di risoluzione” che l’azienda vi passa ma essere un pò più malleabili è, da parte mia, una richiesta utopica?
