The Day the Routers Died

by Andrea L. on 8 November 2007

There are some things that just baffle the mind. Like someone who had the time and energy to create a song about !Pv4/6 to the tune of The Day the Music Died. This guy must be Canadian, if the way he mispronounces router is any indication. Thanks to Rob for pointing to this video.[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_y36fG2Oba0]

Or, maybe it’s even more baffling that you appear not to have a sense of humour. He’s so obviously not Canadian, he’s English and the way he pronounces “router” is not wrong at all. Look up the origin of the word “route” and then you’ll realise that if either is “incorrect” then it’s the US English version…..

Sorry Helius let me fix some points
the comic thing for me is represented by the lyrics of the song per se, I’m an italian man that doesn’t know english such to comment words pronunciation, have you ever listen my “englisch”
“Ending” I suggest to comment the original post as quoted under the video, may be more useful ;)

Anyway, beatiful video! Bye :D
